Awesome. Taught him how to get up on his knees in preparation for crawling. He got the hang of it straight away. He’s a miniature genius.

Yes, the sales-above-anything-else issue is very important. I suffer from the same. That and sleep deprivation How’s your little one?

I loved it, and got a lot out of it. The most important lessons for me were “Accelerate failure” by taking action early, and “sell before you do anything else” (because I have a tendancy to over-prepare)
