I've been using both of these alternatives for a couple of weeks now, and Reblinks is my favourite.

Sometimes I do get the entire feed in the email with Reblinks, which is great, and unsubscribing is one click away, and subscribing is dead easy.

Whereas Notify Me emails all have "No Reply" as the from address instead of the name of the blog, and the emails are always truncated. Stink.

Two more completely free tools:

Reblinks - You don't even need an account just copy and paste in the RSS url and your email address

Notify Me - You will need an account but you get to choose to have your notices delivered in a few different ways

The bummer with both of these options is they only email you the first paragraph of the blog article you have subscribed to - you'll have to click through to read the rest of it. Whereas FeedMyInbox sends you the entire blog article (which makes it easy to find an article later when you search within your email for it)
